Back in the Studio

I'm back in the studio imagining and creating. Many of my paintings begin with a quick sketch or drawing using charcoal or paint crayons. I am in the beginning stages of this work that will be mostly sky and water. In particular, the reflection of the clouds in the lake. The island in the mid ground will showcase the pine trees that are seen throughout the Kawarthas.
